For recruitment businesses in social care
Find the care employers who need staff next.
We watch public registers for care providers that are newly registered or show signs of growth, score each signal, and send you a short list so you can make the first call.
How it works
- We watch the registers
New registrations with Care Inspectorate Wales, new care companies at Companies House, and planning applications for care premises. Wales first, then the rest of the UK as we add regulators.
- We score the signals
A new registration, a larger registered capacity, a new location or a planning application each add to a provider's score. Signals fade after six months.
- You get the shortlist
A weekly email with the providers most likely to need staff, with business details and the reason they were flagged. Sign in to see them on a map and mark what happened.
Business to business only
Leads contain business details only: provider name, service type, area, registered places and the signal. We never pass on the names of directors or responsible individuals. Providers can opt out at any time, and we keep a permanent do-not-contact list.
- Adult care homes
- Domiciliary care
- Supported living
- Children's services (area only)
- Nursing homes

Questions
Are these job vacancies?
No. A lead is a signal that a provider may need staff soon, such as a new registration or more registered places. It is not a job advert.
Where does the data come from?
Public registers: Care Inspectorate Wales (via DataMapWales), Companies House and council planning lists. See the data sources page for licences.
Do you include children's services?
Yes, at area level only. We never show the exact location of a children's service.
Can I email the providers?
Limited companies can be emailed at business addresses if you identify yourself and offer an opt-out. Sole traders and partnerships need consent. Our Leads terms set out your duties.
Can a provider opt out?
Yes. Any provider can ask us to stop including them, and we add them to a permanent do-not-contact list.
How do I sign in?
With your email address. We send a one-time link or code, so there is no password to remember. Accounts are created when you subscribe.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time, from your account page. Your plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for.
