Who we are

[Registered business name], trading as sk0ut Recruitment, [postal address], Bridgend, Wales ([company or sole trader details]). We are the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: thomas.michael.rees@gmail.com. ICO registration number: [number].

What we collect

  • Candidates: name, contact details, area, sector and role interests, CV, DBS and Social Care Wales registration status you tell us about, availability, and records of our contact with you.
  • Clients: contact name, job title, work email and phone, organisation, and records of our contact.
  • Everyone: messages and booking requests you send, and basic technical data used to prevent abuse of our forms.

Why we use it and our lawful basis

  • To find you work or staff and to run the recruitment process (legitimate interests, and steps you ask us to take).
  • To keep you in our talent pool and send job alerts (your consent, which you can withdraw).
  • To meet legal and regulatory duties, including safer recruitment checks (legal obligation).

We ask for special category and criminal record information only where the law allows and the role requires it, and we do not ask for it through the website forms.

Who we share it with

Candidate details are shared with a care provider only when you apply for or agree to be put forward for a role. Our service providers (website hosting, database, email, form protection) process data for us under contract. [List providers and countries once chosen.]

How long we keep it

We review candidate records every 12 months and delete or archive those that are no longer needed. [Confirm retention periods.]
